Coconut milk, bamboo shoots, sweet basil leaves, mixed vegetables and pepper. The Red curry paste is made with 90% tropical herbs and the Thai chilies are used from its sun dried red state of ripening which contributes to coloring. (Spiced: mild, medium, hot or suicidal)

19. Gaeng Kheo Waan: Green Curry (chicken or prawn)

20. Gaeng Gai: Yellow Curry (chicken)
